Arditi Fisherman was founded by Chef Ardit Hidri with a simple belief: exceptional seafood deserves to be treated with respect, passion, and authenticity.
The first restaurant opened in Albania, quickly earning a reputation for its fresh seafood, quality ingredients, and warm hospitality. Inspired by Mediterranean culinary traditions and a commitment to excellence, Chef Ardit later expanded the brand to Italy, refining a dining experience centred on freshness, simplicity, and flavour.
Today, Arditi Fisherman begins an exciting new chapter in London. Every dish reflects Chef Ardit’s philosophy of sourcing the finest ingredients, honouring traditional techniques, and creating memorable dining experiences.
